ETASS (EnRoute Technical Assistance Support Services) ATEC is a subcontractor providing services to SAIC on the ETASS contract vehicle. ETASS program replaced two FAA contracts that ended in February, 2012 for the Oceanic Integration Support and the Technical Assistance Contract. The ETASS contract provides for a broad set of technical and professional services to support operations in the EnRoute and Oceanic Domains as well as Technical Operations Services, System Operations Services and the Office of Technical Training organizations. Work under the ETASS contract includes mission critical programs such as EnRoute Automation Modernization (ERAM), Advance Technologies and Oceanic Procedures (ATOP), Weather and Radar Processor (WARP), Integrated Terminal Weather System (ITWS), Aviation Surface Weather Observation Network (ASWON), Traffic Flow Management (TFM), and Data Communications, as well as other programs throughout the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).
