Frank Beningo

Frank founded ATEC in 2006. Prior to serving as president of ATEC, Frank provided engineering support to the FAA for 12 years. Mr. Beningo's vision has always been to provide the most qualified resources to the customer while maintaining an environment that promotes opportunities for professional growth to ATEC employees. He has worked in all facets of Test and Evaluation for both the Enroute and Oceanic Air Traffic platforms. Frank is also an accomplished commercial pilot with over 4000 hrs logged from various contract missions with individual, State and Federal government agencies. Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey

Chris Alex

Mr. Alex is the CFO for ATEC.  In this capacity, he is responsible for the finance and accounting of the company as well as contracts management and funding.  He represents the company with a professional demeanor while maintaining strong relationships with staff, customers and vendors. Chris is also involved in  business development, marketing  and growth strategy for the company and has contributed to the development of ATEC since joining in 2012. Mr. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree and has 10 years experience in financial mangement and business development.

Bud Hanlin

Mr. Hanlin is the COO and provides our strategic vision, leadership, direction, and high-level oversight to the company. He is involved in business development and has contributed to the growth of the company since joining in 2014. Bud retired from the FAA in 2010 and has over 38 years of automation and management experience in ATC related NAS systems and operations. This experience includes: FAA Division Manager, Deputy Division, Branch Manager, Section Supervisor, Program and Project management overseeing EnRoute & Oceanic automated ATC systems.  

Theresa McKinley

Ms. McKinley, VP of Federal Programs, has over 28 years of experience providing customer-focused management and engineering support for Federal Aviation Administration air traffic, time-based traffic management, and communications automation programs.  She is a subject matter expert in second-level engineering.   She has provided technical leadership in all phases of the lifecycle development including Systems Engineering, Software Development, Adaptation, and Integration, Test and Verification.
